Q: Do I need any experience or knowledge of Reiki? A: Not at all. Most clients come with no experience whatsoever. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to relax. I'll guide you through everything.

Q: Is there a dog at the studio? A: Yes! Bondi is our friendly, small dog and will likely greet you at the door. He's gentle and calm — but if you have a dog allergy or any concerns please reach out before booking and we'll ensure you're comfortable. He loves a good hello!

Q: What should I wear? A: Wear whatever you're most comfortable in. Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. You will remain fully clothed throughout the entire session.

Q: What does a session actually feel like? A: Every experience is unique. Most clients feel deep warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of relaxation. Some experience emotional release. Many fall asleep — which is completely welcome. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease than when you arrived.

Q: How many sessions do I need? A: Even a single session can bring meaningful relief. For deeper or ongoing support, a series of 3 to 6 sessions over several weeks tends to create the most lasting shifts. We'll discuss what feels right for you after your first session.

Q: Is Reiki a religious practice? A: No. Reiki has no religious affiliation whatsoever. It is a wellness and energy healing practice that people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life benefit from.

Q: Can Reiki be used alongside medical treatment? A: Absolutely. Reiki is a complementary practice and is completely safe to use alongside conventional medicine, therapy, or any other treatment you may be receiving. It is non-invasive and has no side effects.

Q: How should I prepare for my session? A: Drink plenty of water beforehand, avoid a heavy meal in the hour before your session, and try to arrive with a few minutes to spare so you can settle in. That's it.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: I kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Life happens and I always do my best to accommodate you — just reach out and we'll find a solution.

Q: How do I pay? A: Payment is accepted via e-transfer or cash at the time of your session.
